Please send us a request ( https://atenea-collection-spain-returns.shipping-portal.com/rp/ ) for a return authorization within 20 days of delivery date. All returns must be shipped back to us within 7 days of the request approval.
- Items must be returned in new & unused condition, with all original packaging and tags attached.
- We cannot refund or take returns on bikinis that has been worn or used.
- Initial shipping charges cannot be refunded.
** If you buy goods online from outside the European Union (EU) you may have to pay customs charges (VAT, Customs Duty, Excise Duty). These charges arise on the importation of your goods in accordance with the relevant EU legislation. *PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY EXTRA CUSTOM CHARGES WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OF ANY EXTRA COST.
We will accommodate an exchange for items purchased on www.ateneacollection.com. Exchanges are only processed upon receipt of returned item(s) and are based on stock availability.
Once the exchange item is received to the Atenea Collection studio, we will send out your exchange request as soon as possible while notifying you with new tracking.
We provide shipping labels for international returns or exchanges. International customers interested in a return for a refund or exchange must cover return shipping costs. For more information on making an international return please email email@example.com.
If an item is received damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org.
RETURNED TO SENDER / REFUSED PACKAGES
Orders refused or deemed undeliverable by post will be returned to our warehouse. We will contact the customer via email or whatsapp.
REQUEST A RETURN OR EXCHANGES
We offer returns for a refund in the original form of payment or an exchange for a different piece. To return an item please follow the steps below to create a return authorization.
1.Submit a return request through our website (see link below).
2.Prepare your package : Introduce the items and the tags attached inside the envelope. You most include all original packaging. We cannot refund or take returns on clothing that has been worn or used. Remember to paste on the outside of the package the sticky label we have giving you.
3.Send it: Go to the closest post office and deliver the package.
4. Refund: Once we have received the items, we will refund your money to the original form of payment. Remember that we`ll charge you the return shipping fee*. It can take up to 14 working days from when you deliver the package until you receive your money back.
